Slightly off topic, but in relation to Cantona, anyone else think he was overrated? Or am I just not remembering his greatness? |

I have a Marshall Wooburn 2, Bluetooth and it plugs into the mains. I think I paid about Ā£500 4 years ago. For the bedroom, I have the Marshall Kilburn 2, again, superb, much smaller but still packs a good punch. This one is rechargeable and doesnāt need to be plugged in. Ā£180ish. Purchased from a stereo place in Birmingham. |

Changing the subject from todayās game, had a great afternoon with TeddRanger at a beer festival in Oxfordshire. Just back and watching the hundred cricket. I know it divides opinion and Iām not a fan, but what gets me, is the constant gaslighting from the commentators. Michael Vaughan was saying how itās going to be a full house and a great atmosphereā¦lords is 60% full. Isa Guah (sp?) saying how there is no better atmosphere in Cricket than a hundred game. This was on the BBC. So Iāve switched to sky and weāve had Morgan mention the word atmosphere at least three times in half an hour. Itās here to stay, I get that, but still. And this year, as a Middlesex member, no discounted tickets, Ā£45 each. Discussā¦. |

I thought VAR was supposed to eliminate these howlers. Itās so inconsistent, you could see that happening again on Saturday and not being given, correctly so. |

Haha an old girlfriend got me a Glasgow rangers mug from sports direct 10 years ago. I loved that mug as it made me laugh each time I saw it. |

I saw GroveRās comment about nearly supporting Spurs on another thread, and it got me wondering if anyone else had flirtations with other clubs before choosing Rangers? As an 8year-old myself at school in Oxfordshire, my best mate was a West Ham fan, they had McAvennie & Cottee at the time, so I started to like them. Also Alan Devonshire parents lived opposite my Nan in Perivale so I would get some West Ham swag from him including VHS tapes of the season. After a couple trips to Upton Park, my Dad (RIP) realised I was potentially going to support West Ham so he took me down the Rangers for the first time, he was a lifelong fan, from Fulham originally (Wardo Avenue) I do remember West Ham getting relegated in the late 80s, I think, and thanking my lucky stars for choosing Rangers ha ha ha |

Never met you, but I remember around 2004 seeing you walk up in the upper loft, because you had a T-shirt with your old rivals messageboard name on the back of your T-shirt š myself and herts Ranger at the time gave you a lot of stick for it. |

Well summed up. The singing, the dancing, by everyone for the whole concert was just incredible, and something I wonāt forget ever. My main worry was it would attract a lot of the idiots like Iād read about in the 90s, but everybody was there just to have a good time. We actually left during champagne supernova, could hear the song as we walked out and the fireworks as we were walking to the train station. I jumped straight on the 22:21 train back to Princes Risborough. didnāt really want to leave halfway through the last song but thought it would be best to get away. |

Pope is going whether we like it or not. Especially as before this series people wanted Bethel instead of him and he hasnāt done himself any favours. Not surprising as he hasnāt played any games. I think Crawley actually averages decent against Australia. |

In fairness, we paid £70 I think. Booked the tickets last August, I chose the Wednesday gig as I thought it would be easier to get tickets for, turns out it was. |

This has really ruined my day! Seeing a majority Indian crowd, silence when Overton those boundaries. And that umpire call was just disgusting. Urgh.. bethell didnāt need to charge down the wicket, he had Joe Root at the other end seeing the ball clearly.. fair play to Siraj though, so annoying. Looking forward to Lords on Sunday for the Middlesex one-day cup game |

The break will definitely benefit England. Couldnāt see where we were going to score a run from. Cricvizz had us 84% favourites. |
