So much for home advantage hey. |

You boys and the Government at the time have missed seeing the big picture - are they traitors ?, that is the question. What type of undesirables have been let in to our country ? If they want to take the risk of siding with a foreign power/invaders against their own people for money then that is their choice, we should not be letting them in here, if you live by the sword and all that. Are these people gangsters/warloads ? that the Taliban fought because of corruption, when the Taliban are the ones claiming to be fighting corruption and drug trade then you have to wonder what some on the otherside were like themselves. |

Sounds like normal for Welsh football, Welsh team had two players sent off and a penalty awarded against them, same old same old. |

TNS lose 2-1 aet and they can have no complaints they were second best. |

Swans is my team, but I do take an interest in the other Welsh teams, I'm watching TNS at the moment and they are currently going to extra time out in North Macedonia. I wonder if Swans would be interested in the Shkendija player Fabrice Tamba, he looks decent on tonight's performance anyway. |

So much for the A league being like league 2, Australia's most successful and most heavily supported team have just beaten Wrexham 2-1 infront of 40,000 people, apparently Australia recently played an international at the same venue and had 5,000 less fans turn up than turned up to see the mighty Wrexham. |

Because they lost at home to Argentina's second string. They should have won every single game on paper but already can't achieve that because of the loss in Dublin. |

That's good news as she hadn't been well, just looked at some of the pics and it was similar to Naomi Broady outfit at Eastbourne last year who looked absolutely stunning, even the player she interviewed on court said she looked great, perhaps old fashioned pleats are back in fashion. |

Yes I totally agree with, a good ladies match can be better to watch than a good mens match. |
 | Forum Reply | Wimbledon at 18:02 12 Jul 2025
That sounds like an idea if they don't want to jump straight to best of 5 sets. I can't see why they can't play best of 5 sets these days, other ladies sports do what the men do more and more these days and in tennis I think they get equal prize money in the grand slams (can't be arsed to check). |

I'm glad I didn't see it, I knew I had to pop out at the start of the match so i didn't put it on, although I knew the score off my phone was 3-0 when I went out, I figured I would watch the end of the match when I got back but when I got back it had already finished 6-0 6-0. I feel sad for Anisimova and would not liked to have seen her have to say a few words to the crowd at the end. I know it was the Wimbledon final pity Swiatek couldn't have given her a game towards the end, sad for anyone to lose a Wimbledon final without winning a single game. |

An Australian team has not won the super rugby tournament they play in for over a decade, one of their teams has gone bust hence why the Lions played a scratch team today, nationally Australia have lost from memory 11 of their last 13 (can't be arsed to check) matches including last week's 3 point win at home to Fiji, whoever wins will be the least bad of the two teams. |
 | Forum Reply | British & Irish Lions 2025 at 13:07 12 Jul 2025
It's going to be two very poor teams playing these test matches, Lions playing a last minute scratch team just before the tests is not ideal, not that it should matter. Australia did scrape past Fiji last week and Fiji did best Scotland this week, so is there a glimer of hope for them ?, possibly but probably not, Lions should win easily but it won't be a shock if they didn't as the Lions did lose to Argentina's reserve team, just two poor teams, its lucky Lions not playing SA or NZ. |

For those that might not know Postecoglou was Melbourne Victory manager before taking the national team manager job. |

Well done Whiterockin, I didn't think you would get it just from the first name . |

I remember Swansea tennis club used to have their latest scores read out on Swansea sound back in the day and the boys going down there and beating them and listening in the club house for them to give the score out on the radio but they didn't same old mushers. Seems like Somebody from the club would ring through when they were winning but not when they were losing. |

Why would anyone move from Glynneath ?, it's astounding really no doubt it's for her husbands job. Normally people move out of Swansea like Llansamlet girl Ruth Madoc moved up to Glynneath. I feel sorry for Mel. |

Great effort by Xu, like you say the better player won on the day. |

Worrying bump for Wrexham's new signing Ryan Hardie who scored during the match, he had a blow to the head and to me he seemed to have some kind of spasm, they took.him straight off. |
