You’re unfortunately right regards the hijacking. But would you say the same about the Welsh flag at our games. Some prefer to identify as British and therefore use the flag to demonstrate that. Those displaying the Welsh flag are showing their identity.
I love seeing the Union Jacks at our games either the full colour or b&w version but I don’t associate it with anything other than nationality. |

We should be further ahead now.
I’m clearly wrong but I thought the disallowed try was fine. He wasn’t released in the tackle, he didn’t make it therefore Jones had the right to carry on.
Also, we were awarded a penalty. Play was allowed to go on and very shortly we knocked on but didn’t come back for the pen. Maybe I missed something?
Keep this up and it should be comfortable but Australia don’t lie down and take things easily so I’m expecting more from them. |

He needs to take it up personally with those he’s calling morons. I’m sure he won’t.
As for the Union Flag, it’s what represents my country whether he or any others like it or not and I’m proud of it. By calling it a ‘butcher’s apron’ shows the contempt he has for the flag not just these Rangers supporting loyalists.
Just for the record, I don’t get the locale in with any Scottish team but this thread has been exhausted I’d say. |

Of course, I’m not saying they don’t count at all. And Jac’s stats are amazing. But the intangibles are important too with experience counting towards those which will be important in softening the Aussies up in the first test. Though as I’ve said, I think Oz may just not edge it. Hope I’m wrong. |

Very good analysis to be fair BUT you know what they say about statistics.
Farrell is looking for experience here which Curry has in spades over Morgan. Jac’s time will come, maybe not this tour but it will in the future no doubt. This is great experience for him and he may be a future captain on a tour. |

I used to follow every TdF religiously as I used to do a lot of road biking myself (until I got more in touch with my own mortality) and understood the efforts required to haul your arse along those roads and up those mountains.
But latterly I just haven’t had the inclination to watch it and each year passes by without any interest for me at all. Which is a shame. |
