There'll only be about three of the starting line up on Saturday who've appeared at Spotland as many times as Saturday's referee- the 21st Century version of Ken Redfern.

Colin Webster continues his quest to see almost as many games at Spotland as a Dale season-ticket holder when he takes charge of Saturday’s match against Barnet.

This will be Mr Webster’s 14th game at Spotland and his fourth in the last 14 months!

He was last here for the first match of 2009 against Accrington, while last November he took charge of the thrilling 3-2 FA Cup replay win over Saturday’s opponents, Barnet.

At the start of last term, Colin was the man in the middle for the Carling Cup tie against Oldham.

He has become a regular fixture at our games since joining the referee’s list in 2000 and Saturday will be his 17th Dale match in total, the full list being:
