Right guys,
as is traditional when we deep dive a team on our podcast we also set about asking the fans to give us their top ten players of all time for their club which we then write up for the website.
I would love for you all to give me your top 10 Col U players of all time in this thread. All the results from here and social media etc will be added up and we will produce the final list based upon your votes.
I look forward to seeing who you chose, for me Lualua has to be in there :)

Having few memories of Layer Road glory I am far better qualified to name the Top Ten flops....not in any particular calamitous order...
Will Packman (sent off on debut in 6-0 thrashing - never seen again).
Joel Thomas (cost £125k. 4 appearances - nobody will remember them).
Akanni-Sunday Wasu (has since blagged his way across six countries)
Dominic Vose (11 clubs - potential genius - but must have attitude problems).
Nicke Kabamba (even "Odelusi always gives the ball away" was better)
Adam Virgo ("has his IQ on his shirt").
Bela Balogh (nine times capped by Hungary where it must be eternally foggy).
Daniel Pappoe (lasted two minutes before red card on debut).
Rekeil Pyke ("don't give him your name Pyke" never looked like scoring in 12 games)
Sean Clohessey (refused to shake Humes hand - silly boy - never played again).

Gerry - I agree about Kem Izzet, problem is I had enough trouble deciding on 36!
If I had to pick just one player it would probably be Trevor Lee.

His hair style was definitely original, but he was a superb header of the ball and his ability unquestioned.
I have just looked up his stats he played 96 times for the U's between 1978-81 and scored 35 goals.
He is now 63 years of age. Reckon he could still do a job for the U's!
