Another new ground for Dale to play a League fixture on.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Sad another club is in turmoil but from a selfish pov happy about this. Far better day out than the Ricoh and arguably easier to get to (it is for me anyway).

And this debacle is solely down to the owners as they insist in going on and on and on with legal action linked to the sale of the Ricoh. They've failed numerous times in court to have any sort of judgement in their favour so even tho' the latest court action isn't against the new owners, why should they expect the owners to accommodate persistent litigators. End result - they ain't going home.

Noel Cantwell died some years ago, a tad disrespectful to include the asterisk.

I'd suggest the disrespect started with the man himself.

A question that came back to haunt him.
Probably a simple reaction to the draw with no real disrespect intended but also surprising given that he lived in Manchester for a long time.

And his younger brother Brendan was a priest at St. John's RC church, the one with the dome near the station

It was simple disrespect, and makes no difference whether dead or alive, but a long time ago now and pointless bringing Coventry's current situation into it - it was Cantwell not the club

Father Cantwell was the chaplain at Bishop Henshaw when I first went there.
Disappeared suddenly if I remember rightly so I'm not quite sure where he moved to.

I think in the full insult he actually admitted he had been to Rochdale once, it was just his way of trying to belittle us...and how it came back to bite him.
