Goykeres was not the duffer presented on here either s he is proving every week. Coopers sniffy response to their signing marked his demise. Manning, Hamer are also showing their worth post Cooperball.

"SOME people" didn't really name names, they just moaned that the players we signed weren't good enough for any one of those reasons, they moaned we weren't spending enough and didn't Pikey yet again claim there was no money because the owners were milking the clubs funds?

Bradley Wright Phillips is a goal scoring icon in that league. I don’t respect the standard. Morris may have made an impact, far from a guarantee, but he was in his off seasons and already had an ACL injury to his name, it was hardly the most sensible of moves.
I wouldn’t take Gyokeres back, he’s had an excellent start to the season, but he didn’t fit into our side. I would be surprised if he keeps that up. | |

Yeah I am interested in who, I don’t remember seeing anyone moaning about the standard. Lots of myths on here recently so just curious the source of those complaints really.
Moaning we weren’t spending enough is something we get every year. That doesn’t necessarily mean they were complaining about the standard of the specific players we brought in. | |
