What does this article actually say ? on 12:54 - Dec 20 with 724 views | Flynnidine_Zidownes | It says: “Covid-19 protocols and rules yet to be implemented pending, Jake Silverstein is in Swansea to head up all negotiations for new players in the transfer window. The plan is that he will be the key negotiator for all the swans transfers in the foreseeable future, and he has already started his field trip. His aim is to have the majority of the work done by January 14th although this is flexible. Jake came on to the board in 2020 with an investment of money to aid the stability of the club which now see’s him as the USA consortiums main man over the coming weeks. He is here for a number of reasons. Obviously the primary one is to ensure that the swans spending is carefully negotiated using his vast business experience with his USA club interests. With his hands firmly on the financial purse strings it will be a carefully managed process. Players out are key but there is investment already in place from the states. He will oversee the main transfers coming in alongside Julian Winter who has a fully endorsed remit from America. No European players outside of the UK are on his hit list as of today. Silverstein will be in England and Scotland over the coming weeks with meetings scheduled to review the availability of players. We understand there are six targets that could be classed as category A, with back up targets carefully sourced by Winter and Russell Martin over the last four weeks. We will have a very precise article on his movements and objectives over the next two days. We will not speculate now regards Silverstein until his real player priority is known to us, and we will evaluate all speculation as we always have, very carefully. What we can say now is new players are on their way, and a number of Swansea City players will leave permanently and on loan. The only news we do have is that Andrew Fisher at MK Dons has agreed in principle a move to west Wales pending the two clubs agreeing a fee. We believe three players, Brandon Cooper, Morgan Whittaker amd Liam Cullen are key to this getting concluded quickly. We look forward to bringing you this exciting attempt to improve and strengthen Swansea City as time moves.”

What does this article actually say ? on 14:31 - Dec 20 with 669 views | Chief | "His aim is to have the majority of the work done by January 14th although this is flexible". That would certainly be a departure from recent transfer windows. Implies we're going to have an uneventful deadline day for a change.

It means to me. We know who leaving and the process is in place. We know who we want and things are agreed in principle. IMO things could change dramatically if an offer comes in for a player we would prefer to keep. Then there is always the covid wildcard to throw a spanner in the works.

It also says that the players aren't European unless they're already in the UK so maybe there are some from further afield? Maybe American? And obviously Silverstein is heading up the talks. Nowhere though does it say that Silverstein has a personal list of targets he's trying to foist on us. Bozo's eh!

What does this article actually say ? on 22:02 - Dec 20 with 548 views | Margam | It means the same to me as it did the day I read it, great piece of research and writing. Clearly obvious. But of course there’s a few idiots just waiting to jump on anything from grammar to their pathetic viewpoint on what it isn’t. We know who they are.

If we’re talking about the same ones, I used to work with both of them but I preferred thickest out of the three though because at least he tried
