A U.S general pointed out on CNN this week that the Ukrainian border area is way too expansive and porous for an occupying army to stop every movement of all munitions, supplies and personnel. He also mentioned that U.S military has been involved with training the Ukrainian military for many years.
And undoubtedly preparation for a Russian invasion has been been planned for well in advance with dug-in arms/supplies dumps already hidden along with insurgency/military strategy/tactics. |  |

I will disagree with you is that not all like all other nationalities are its citizens lacking in human decency, many have been brought up on tales of Russia's history especially its second world war history , similar to our older generation "the Blitz spirit etc,.
