I wonder who these other clubs are and if they have had to shut thier stores at the busiest time of the year ?
We don’t seem to have much luck with these sort of things recently eirther that or it’s poor management.
The LD spooner and then the club having to release fake kits that were unbranded for supporters to buy .
Then the problem with the logo falling off or the shirts going missing in “transit” .or what ever the reason was for the late release from f kits a couple years or so ago . |  | |  |

No other clubs seem to have as many issues with suppliers as we do. How many other PL clubs (or indeed of the 92 league clubs have had to close down their retail operations in the run up to the busiest time of the year?) | |

The facts of the matter in this case are it is someone else's fault, a company that we had a contract with failed to be able to deliver the contract so it is their fault.
If you went into a shop and bought a TV and when you got home it didn't work, when you went back to the shop there was a notice saying they had gone into liquidation and you were left with a duff TV and £750 out of pocket, whose fault would it be ?
A. Whoever was running the TV shop company.
B. You for after doing a complete due dilligence and credit check on the company before buying the TV and also checking that they had actually sold TV sets in good condition for the last 3 years they still went out of business without warning anyone first | |

Obviously B.
If you are spending a large sum of money you obviously check who you are buying from. It's why people use Check a trader, etc.
If you bought a TV from a bloke selling out of a lock-up then you deserve all you get.
We chose a cheap supplier who is little more than a one man operation and funnily enough it went tits up.

yours for not buying it on a credit card and getting a refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act
Remember John Lewis include a five year warranty for TVs and Richer Sounds a six year guarantee | |
