The just stop oil idiots vandalised a garden at the RHS Chelsea show. Good to see a spectator grabbed a hosepipe and gave them a good wash. Don't these eco Warriors realise the nations gardens are a haven for wildlife as well as acting as the planets lungs. They also produce food without any food miles.
They also tried to disrupt a match at Twickenham today. Fortunately the stewards quickly manhandled them off the pitch to rousing cheers.

No economy can survive without oil. I am sure you like everyone else uses plastics let alone in your your car on buses, trains, aircraft lubricants in just about any machine.
We can reduce our use of oil but we cannot abolish oil.

Now this I agree with. It is actually completely pointless the Uk doing anything green until the really big polluters step into line. All it has done is raised the cost of living for all of us here whilst having absolutely no effect on pollution worldwide.
In fact, in the last 10 years China has increased its pollution output by more than we will save if we went net zero tommorow and they are increasing it more every year as they continue to build coal fired power stations.
