I agree, he has chosen an easy option, where he can't lose or damage his CV, not that I believe his CV is outstanding. He has picked a team that is mid table, very unlikely to get relegated. With a good January transfer window to address some of their injuries they will be fine.

I am still not convinced about Potter or getting wrapped up in the Potter hype. His CV in England is average. Even at Brighton where he was highly praised, it was only a 31% win rate and he finished 15th / 16 th in his 1st 2 seasons.

Jury still out for me.

i know he wouldn't HAVE come here
my point was there was a time when he may have because West Ham Leicester Bournemouth Brighton Forest were all our rivals
Now we have been left way behind due to endless mismanagement from the top down
