Quite a few of us on here are relieved that he's going but none of us can be sure it's for the better for us, specially with Williams still in charge.
I have previously posted ( a few times) that Grimes (in negative mode) IS the problem, that he slows us down, stops attacks, takes away the attacking pace and impetus by being negative, sideways and backwards passing when a forward pass is on. I really would love to be proven right. To get there though we definitely need a new head coach.
