Have sold their 1975 ticket allocation for next Saturday.
We need to step it up and attend if you can. Huge huge game. Crucial.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Let's put a bit of perspective on this.

Our average gate this season is currently 15,082.
Highest gate Cardiff City 20,174.

Average gate season 2010/11 15,507
Highest gate Leeds United 19,309

So this season we are just over an average of 400 supporters down on a season we were going for promotion and achieved it. Our previous two seasons in the Championship were 2009/10, 15,407 and 2008/09, 15,187. Maybe around the 15,000 mark is where we are in Championship terms. Considering streaming and the Sky deal it doesn't look so bad this season. But personally I feel we have a lot of work to do for those numbers to hold up next season.

Seven years in the premier league should have increased our fanbase surely? We shouldn’t be back where we started

How many of those 15,082 are season ticket holders who have given up attending many games?
We are seeing a steady decline. The club need to do something to show that there is new impetus and drive to move in the right direction

Must be very frustrating driving from Builth every game and seeing people from Swansea not bother because they can watch it at home.

Hundreds come from mid wales every game, as they do from Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. Further afield too.
If it wasn’t for them roads would be down another 2 or 3 thousand.
Really poor effort from some within the City.
The club should do things to get people in, agree on that.

Sadly, we don't have the rock solid support clubs like Derby have
I see excuses if
Christmas
Holidays
Easter
Cold
Dark nights
Rain
Rugby

And they are all excuses

I believe the damage done is deep rooted starting on the capitulation season the Prem
Many will never forgive that
Martins tenure, as previously stated was arguably the damaging we have had , followed by Zduff then the ludicrous Williams appointment

Swansea Bay population is not small and much bigger than Derby but their support comes from all over the county, as ours should
There is a feeling of disaffection that our club needs to address
They also need to value fans properly and market this great club of ours

We do have far more people playing sport on Saturday than cities in England ,
Rugby , local and West & Mid Wales Football leagues 1000s when the Swans are playing

Worst possible result for us they will feel chippy after that
Forget any notion of tiredness or not playing Jerry
Their fans will be loud and out voice our crowd
We need to rip into them early , score them goals for the throat
Biggest game of the season , for me

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not
