It certainly seems like it's a concerted effort to drive us off the roads ,the drive towards net zero will be a major part in making that happen but I don't understand the push towards increasing air travel by increasing the ability for more aircraft to fly in and out of airports. | |

Both Heathrow and Luton are privately owned airports and they money being invested in them in private finance not money from the Government.
The government nationalised Rhoose airport because it was making a loss. Despite more money from the Weslh taxpayers it sill makes a loss. Demand for air travel is booming with just about every airport, in the UK, seeing increased passenger numbers. numbers .
