Some points

- The club shop is large and a perhaps one third of it was occupied by the Ospreys who are leaving.

- The freed up space and reduced hours would naturally lead to redundancies and extra space for sub letting (a betting firm / a comfortable home for the Trust to spend some of their £1.3m in rent to the club to attract new members/ an office for Trundle and Cyril)

- The club could sell Landore for cash up front to help with FFP and lease it back over 10 years say. It could then be bought back when cash allows.

- Gude many have done a brilliant job or been a drain on the club. Few on here are able to determine this especially those t with prejudice against all form of management. One asked what does he or will he do.

The role of Company Secretary is important. He may have a fixed term contract that may need to be honoured.

[In the UK, a company secretary, often referred to as a governance professional, plays a vital role in ensuring a company's legal and administrative compliance and effective governance. They are responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining statutory records, and providing advice to directors on corporate governance. While not mandated for private limited companies, many still appoint them to handle these duties effectively]

I would not expect the average poster on here to be fully informed on all these responsibilities. Over the years since 2002 had over the club has been blessed with a clean record excluding the entirely avoidable trouble with the troublesome fan owned group.

If the Academy is being trimmed one must ask whether the average fan is concerned about the investment in the women's team. In my opinion I support the Women's team if it can be sustainable and not lead to reductions in funding for the core business.

"troublesome fan owned group".

Be kind on a subject you have no idea of what took place. Thank you.
