Travel Disruption to the North East 10:24 - May 2 with 2947 viewseastside_r

Just had an email to say that my train to Newcastle this afternoon has been cancelled. It was the 12.18 from KGX.

Broken rail somewhere, don’t know how easy that is to fix.

Even the Heathrow fecking Express lowered the number of trains going out on Tuesday 'due to high temperature on the tracks'.

Train departed 55 minutes late.

Hope we can lose another 5 on the way so that I can claim the full discount.

The problem now seems to be rectified albeit with the knock-on delays.

Anyone would think National Rail was trying to tell QPR fans something...

Understand the team coach headed North this morning without of one of its usual passengers.

I wonder whether there will be any new faces amongst the travelling squad, perhaps one or two Xavi rates that Marti didn’t. Also do we rekon Xavi would’ve been in touch with his mate this week, a quick call for reassurance.

Surely taking her to the game is less cruel than just abandoning her for two hours in the badlands of Sunderland Dave?

Just left Darlington. Absolute carnage to York but it turns out the whole carriage was a group of train spotters going on one of their stag do's to the National Rail Museum. Amazing country.

There's usually plenty of passengers on the team coach. Madsen, Ashby, Paal etc

"Remember to listen to me but look at her. Don't get it the wrong way round. That would be hideous."
