Our criminal justice system is a joke at times, while there may be good reasons for the delay in him being charged, it’s probably been subject to an advice file, put on the back burner re timelines coz he’s inside etc etc etc but it just doesn’t look good.
The guy is a wrong un and if he’s committed any offences he should be prosecuted, but he should also have his day in Court and that needs to be in a timely manner. I read earlier that some cases are now being listed for trial in 2029 - that really is disgraceful, imagine the stress and having your life on hold for 4 years. Mental. | | | |

No. There's usually a very good reason. If I wanted to be an actor and my name was Thomas Cruise, I'm sure Tom Cruise would have a problem with me using my original name.
Tracy Smith isn't going to sell many mills and boon novels.
