100% Terrace will not be the main supplier of merchandise, they can not sell branded items like Joma our main seller. Terrace are basically a joke and only sell goods like you would buy in a street market. |  | | |

Your view is right, this is different. The colossal amount of money being lost by the Swans at the most crucial time of the year to promote products and make thousands of sales is almost lost. Those thousands of sales lead to hundreds of thousands of pounds. To date they are lost, people love buying the new shirt for their holidays, and that’s a massive amount of shirts. I know for a fact having done our homework that traditionally in July and August there can but up to 7,000 new kit sales.
It’s wholly unacceptable, since we reported the change on here in early April almost 90 days have passed. The history with this company and the changes made by Tom Gorringe at other clubs hasn’t worked. No professional football club should be heading towards the first game of the season and a week away from the training camp in Spain with no new season official shirt. |
This as you say is totally unacceptable.
This is a predictable event that occurs every year; a new season. The processes for launching a new kit must be clearly documented with known deadlines. The expected sales volumes will be known.
At this rate we will have a first team running out in their underpants against Boro.
I'm sorry but I'd sack whoever owns this process in the club, it's rank incompetence. |  |
