Today is another chapter in SwansTv letting fans down. Last season the pre season footage was a shambles . The game v Exeter City having no stream after people had invested their hard earned money in buying the 3 game package.
I understand sometimes there are circumstances out of their remit to sort out . But pre season every season has one home friendly . Not everyone can afford to travel to Spain, or are able to go to a midweek game due to working or family commitments. Does anyone know why we only ever do the one home friendly? It would be nice to see us playing some big games we wouldn’t usually get . (Bigger clubs ) no offence to Stevenage , Cheltenham , Exeter or that French team . But they don’t really inspire do they.
Last season we had one game where half the game was missed due to technical issues . Today not having even audio offered when BBC local radio are covering it is a joke .
I hope someone from the club takes strong action about this matter. It’s not good enough

It’s not fair mate . Do you think people would have paid for the package of 2 games rather than the 3 . I hope that Exeters player Sweeney who’s testimonial it wasn’t due some of the streaming cash.
We are a multi million pound club our website and Swanstv service should be second to none.
Ifollow offer the service to other clubs how shambolic and pathetic Swanstv has become is it time to outsource our streaming?
There would have been people all over the world up at all hours today ready to watch the swans. Ie the Statesidejacks . I am gutted for them and all our other fans that wanted to view the game today.
With Swanstv they don’t really do a lot with behind the scenes access. All the player interviews are basically the same . With that woman asking them the same question with the same robotic answers .
I miss the old days ,where they would do the cross bar challenge . the pink Farrari (the pink old jeep) challenge. That players who failed the challange had to drive the banger for a week. For younger fans giving them access to their hero’s is important. Also would help us feel more connected to the players.
Our online team are out of touch and failing us horribly. Online reach in this day and age is so important and can build our profile massively.

One of the reasons why so many don't buy it and use a firestick. With so many games live on Sky as well, why don't they just chuck it in and go with ifollow.
What happened? What was the cause? Did a13amp fuse blow? Did they try turning the power off for a minute before turning it back on? All I had was a notification that they were experiencing technical problems. I demand answers and heads to roll. Yanks in!! I'm going for a lay down.🙄

Swans TV is a terrible service. It's gotten worse season upon season. I for one and many others, really pushed the club last season to fix an out of sync issue with the stream that plagued the first half of the season. Email after email and even phone calls I was able to get answers and with help from others we got them to recognise their issues.
So putting aside my ego 😂😂, I like many work hard in the week and look forward to watching the games. Swans TV is my only option and from poor customer service to starting the streams literally 1 minute before it starts to finishing early and much more, it's something the club really needs to evaluate.
The issue you have is with the new TV rights that from last year the service has reduced its commentary team to sponsor advertisements.
For me it's the actual provider who is the issue. How long their contract is with the club is unknown, but the sooner they fix this the better.
