"Sources within HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) say that as a result, judges in civil, family and tribunal courts will have made rulings on cases when evidence was incomplete."
Without the report understanding what evidence actually is it’s very hard to say what evidence has gone missing. Original copies of statements, evidence labels and seizures of physical evidence can’t go missing on a computer. The collection of all this evidence isn’t just retained by one entity. Seems an odd story. Cheers to the OP 👍
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.
This software was introduced in 2018. Sources have said the HMCTS review from 2023 found “large scale” data breaches had taken place - but the full extent was unknown because of limits in the investigation.
The Post Office Horizon system also had I/T bugs - and look what mayhem and injustice they caused!!
Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎
