Having had some experience with a ticketing supply, a glitch can cause all sorts of mayhem, even worse for an football club with an event possibly every 10-14 days, the system must be top notch and well run for all concerned. |  | |  |

Tried on android tablet and i pad (no vpn) and it's not working, put tickets in basket eventually, but then had message not authorised to buy. Been on the phone for 40m so far gone from12 to 6,(very slowly) Edit. 50m now and still at 5 in the Q, i phoned at 10.05 ,5 m after phone line opened and gone from 12 to 5, (and now have given up), that means they have answrred 7 calls in 50m. How many have they got answering the phone? One ??? PS i have to speak to the ticket office to book a blue badge parking space.that cannot be done online [Post edited 15 Aug 11:05]

I have read the comments in the programme and they do not correlate with my experience. I am still unable to buy tickets online Spent almost 3 hours waiting in a Q on the phone Claim. Staff have worked round the clock, Really? Staff did not answer the phone after 5pm Thursday. I have even phoned now 8.05am and there is a message saying ticket office is now closed. Claim. Same amount of staff. Really? How come only 7 calls answered in 50m? Absolute spin and bull worthy of the worst politicians I have left my number yesterday motning with the normal switchboard asking someone to ring me back. - still waiting. It’s clunky and like all swans web type stuff it it’s got too many counter-intuitive steps to do simple things. If you want to buy a ticket in the app on a phone don’t just simple sit there hitting the blocks on the map that display availability - you have to tap the additional button that says ‘chose from map’ (or something similar) even though you are looking at the map. It then becomes interactive and you have 25 minutes to complete the purchase. After that the tickets appear in email and the app. |  |
