CEO talks about tickets 11:30 - Aug 14 with 3301 views | KeithHaynes | And responsibility with thousands left on sale and no access to buy them. Gorringe last night. 1) Gorringe wants everyone at the club accountable particularly with tickets. Stated that nobody took responsibility of it regardless of opposition.

CEO talks about tickets on 10:38 - Aug 15 by KeithHaynes | Not saying you are mate, but this morning thousands of tickets remain unsold. The functionality of the main systems to buy tickets and earn credibility and bring the fans in is broken. Emails bouncing back, unanswered phone calls and a lack of club management to make this happen in 2025 is appalling. That’s my point 😉 |
Just went online to my account via my iPhone and managed to put a ticket into my basket just to see if it works and seems to be ok,hopefully it has been sorted

Having had some experience with a ticketing supply, a glitch can cause all sorts of mayhem, even worse for an football club with an event possibly every 10-14 days, the system must be top notch and well run for all concerned.
CEO talks about tickets on 10:49 - Aug 15 with 628 views | TenbySwan | It hasn't been sorted. Tried on android tablet and i pad (no vpn) and it's not working, put tickets in basket eventually, but then had message not authorised to buy. Been on the phone for 40m so far gone from12 to 6,(very slowly) Edit. 50m now and still at 5 in the Q, i phoned at 10.05 ,5 m after phone line opened and gone from 12 to 5, (and now have given up), that means they have answrred 7 calls in 50m. How many have they got answering the phone? One ??? PS i have to speak to the ticket office to book a blue badge parking space.that cannot be done online [Post edited 15 Aug 11:05]

What an absolute joke they are. Its obviousl what is happening, there is a clamour to get tickets atm and the system isn't good enough to cope with it. We can forgive them this time but they should be preparing for next week now.

Oasis cleared a million tickets. No excuses the club has messed this up.

CEO talks about tickets on 18:25 - Aug 15 with 274 views | QJumpingJack | The club don't seem to be acknowledging the ticket issue on the official site/social media. Could the Swans Indy request a sit down interview with Tom Gorringe? And maybe ask the questions that need to be asked...? | | | | Login to get fewer ads
CEO talks about tickets on 19:02 - Aug 15 with 227 views | Boundy | I've ghost bought two tickets for someone who's linked with my account and managed to assign them over to him so has the issue been resolved ?

TG has addressed it in his column in the Matchday programme.
