My little savings pot has been transferred to my wife in its entirety so they can fug off for a few more years , bad enough to be ripped off by the government when you earn a wage packet but to be taxed on an amount which has already been taxed at source and when you draw it out has to be the biggest rip off ever.

My little savings pot has been transferred to my wife in its entirety so they can fug off for a few more years , bad enough to be ripped off by the government when you earn a wage packet but to be taxed on an amount which has already been taxed at source and when you draw it out has to be the biggest rip off ever.

This government seem to be encouraging everyone to spend what they have instead of paying tax and then live off benefits when they have nothing left. This does seem bonkers in the long term to me.
