As we reported some hours ago the paperwork is being assessed for a breach of timing and submission information. Both clubs have been held responsible for this but with the competency of the Swans in these issues it’s unlikely they are at fault.
On Josh, he fought hard but it seems he favoured a release which would make his move to another club easier. That is if we can really prove his fitness.

If it’s Burnley then I assume the rules are the same, paperwork not delivered on time no transfer. He had signed everything off at Swansea. | |

Probably. I imagine there will have been a cash settlement as part of the agreement and any saving will depend on this being significantly less than the remaining payments due to the player in the contracted period. | | | |
