The absolute dumbest thing I've read in a long time on 09:22 - Sep 4 with 1392 views | Whiterockin | The more who underestimate us the better it is. Incidentally Wrexhams point a game if continued throughout the season is relegation form. Let's just see how the season pans out.
The absolute dumbest thing I've read in a long time on 09:58 - Sep 4 with 1321 views | RodgerTheDodger | These reviews always think about transfers as chess pieces and analyse the moves they can make. They never ask "How does that look as a team now?". If you look at Swansea as a team, how are you going to attack? What is the weakness? Route 1? No chance. Hoofball? Ditto. So it's down the wings, but this defence deals with crosses very efficiently so wingers will find themselves needing to carry the ball into the area. And thank heavens the old days of Martin and Williams with the rush press are gone, just forget it, Then at the other end, this team can I think play three very different styles of attack. So a defence holding things OK against us, a couple of substitutions and suddenly they are facing a completely different kind of attack. I think that's a nightmare for them. It is going to be very interesting how Sheehan deploys it all. I was worried about Montague when he came in, but he has proven his worth. And BTW I saw a site with 'AI' table predictions that had Swansea as 23rd, above Sheffield United. AI? It usually stands for Arrogant Ignorance.

I Googled AI once and asked if it always tells the truth and was always factually correct. The answer was AI gives its own interpretation of the truth and facts. So basically no. [Post edited 4 Sep 10:37]

Obviously a selected memory by some .Never mind hopefully their season in the sun has will come to an end , they may have an expensive squad but is it a team. Ourselves I'm glad we're atm under the radar, which will be all the more pleasing when we surprise the so called experts .

Interesting fact - Swansea born players have won a total of 942 caps for the welsh national side - more than 70 caps more than cardiff born players have earned and more than double the amount of caps Wrexham born players have. Players born in Swansea have won the most Wales caps Birthplace Total Number of Wales Caps 1 Swansea 942 2 Cardiff 866 3 Wrexham 468 4 Newport 349 5 Neath 307 6 Llandudno 190 7 Bangor 188 8 St Asaph 183 9 Chirk 171 10 Merthyr Tydfil 169 Maybe that might shut them up

Maybe I'm being hard on the kid, but it was just a really awful attempt at analysis. I'm just surprised that it's all I found when I searched for 2025 summer transfer window ratings for Championship clubs. I'd have thought BBC Sport among others would do this.

Walesonline usually have some sort of round up of pre season and the transfers and judge how they think the season will go for the Welsh clubs. I don't remember ever seeing BBC have one for the Championship, not in depth anyway. Tat kind of analysis, is it more an American thing? Over here the pundits will make a judgement on the match highlight shows. I think otherwise you are looking at the regional news for any analysis.

Yeah, I guess it is an American thing. ESPN in particular likes to give out draft grades/rankings each season in every major pro sport. I assumed that was done somewhere for each level of football at the end of each transfer window. I'd never thought to look for one before, probably because I've never been around for a transfer window that saw us kick so much butt.

The absolute dumbest thing I've read in a long time on 01:09 - Sep 5 with 522 views | Robbie | Looks like Kieffer Moore has found a place to be in his career these days . Wrexham must be doing something right in their recruitment policy . A goal poacher who lingers in the 6 yard box and feeds off scraps yet maybe get you 20 goals a season , the transfer fee and wages sound a good deal if he delivers the goods onfield. I wonder if there’s a specific reason why they didnt this year? Nothing to do with is signing 13 players and them lot signing just 3? Just saying like
