Liver and Onions on the school dinner menu way back in the day was a staple diet .
Have I eaten it since nope , but seems liver is a good daily intake of vitamins necessary..
Could I tolerate the taste again remains to been seen .

Tin hat time , old fashioned Welsh butter , my late dad cut chunks of the stuff to put in a sandwich it really was a doorstop portion , turned me off real butter even now .

Another downer for cockles . Worked with a Donk , Penclawdd who brought it some fresh cockles from that days pickings , night shift he boiled them up in our mess room ,

Try these he said taste of The Gower , only sand add grit I tasted , never again .
