The Fair Game Index 2025 15:55 - Sep 10 with 1049 views | 49thseason | This is a very long read, the key findings are a very brief synopsis and " interesting" to say they least...As we well know, many lower league clubs are struggliing , how much they are apparently stuggling is shocking.... https://www.fairgameuk.org/fair-game-index-2025
The Fair Game Index 2025 on 17:16 - Sep 10 with 925 views | tony_roch975 | On a quick first read we appear to have been awarded a Silver ('showing good progress' but not yet ‘regulator ready’) The scoring: Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards Each of the 164 clubs assessed were given an overall score across all eight of the areas covered by the Index. In addition, to ensure consistency of performance, clubs were also assessed on whether they met minimum standards in the four core areas that represent the primary focus of the Index of: ● Finance; ● Governance; ● Fan engagement; and ● Transparency. To achieve a Gold Award, clubs had to record a strong overall score AND meet the minimum standard, equivalent to a Bronze rating, in all of the core categories. Similarly, only clubs achieving this minimum standard in three of the four core areas could qualify for Silver; and for Bronze, they needed to hit the minimum in two of the core areas.

Thanks Tony, for putting that summary together One thing that'd go a long way to achieving Gold status would be the issuance of the Golden Share At the EGM in mid-July, i raised the question with the Trust board about how this was proceeding. The brief answer was something like "we're a couple of weeks away" Getting on for two months later... nothing. No news, no minutes from that meeting as per the Trust requirement to produce Perhaps someone from the Trust could put something together about what the hell is going on and post on here (so not just for the Trust members who might or might not get an email) but for the fanbase as a whole
