Playing Harefield in the Middlesex Senior Cup;

HT score 6-0 with Coomes (3), Isak, Dillon and Dyke.

Make that 7 after 54. Dyke's 2nd from a Keiran Morgan cross.

Ended 11-0. Can anyone remember a bigger win for one of our teams?

So what you're saying is OG and trailist really not pulling their weight.

Typical.

I see Bircham is moaning that this margin of victory is 'not the QPR way.'

Harefield are managed by Richard Pacquette, once of this parish.
They play level 9 of the pyramid. I'd hope our DS were at level 6 (National League South) as a bare minimum, so the result shouldn't be a complete shock.

I'm looking forward to watching our lads v Watford U21s on Friday and seeing a few of the newbies such as Kaleb Dyke, Isak Alemayehu and Kobe Agbude. Maybe Ashley Trujillo too if he's picked.

I've been wondering which youngster will be the next to break through into the seniors. There needs to be a spot opened up, probably through injury, but nonetheless that pathway must be kept open for the grand plan to work. My guess would be one or maybe two from Tylon Smith, Daniel Bennie or Emmerson Sutton.

Isak Alemayehu is one to watch too. He played senior games in the top Swedish division and UEFA Conference League before coming to us. When he signed, the statement said he would initially link up with QPR’s Development Squad, so there's an expectation he'd move up to the seniors at some point.

I really must make some effort to remember his name, but the Aberdeen lad looks something.

Also, from watching the Dev. Cup final, anyone know how Alfie Tuck is doing? I thought he looked good that night. Then again, I also thought the same of Murphy, but we let him go.

Timothy Akindileni, and yes he looks a really good prospect. Just turned 18. We have a very promising set of young CBs coming through - him, Smith, Wilkie, McCann all look good. We could well see one or two in the senior squad next season.

Tuck is on loan at Hampton & Richmond until the end of next month. I heard he was doing well a while ago. Another up-and-coming youngster.

Good stuff!

Timmy A/TA/Tim should be easy enough from here on.

Also fingers crossed for Alfie T/AT/Alf as well.
