Off to see Kevin Bridges this evening. First of two nights in Boston on what I believe is quite an extensive North American tour.

Haven't heard any of his new stuff, presuming he's got new stuff that is.

Poll: Thank God The Seaons Over.

Enjoy . Never seen him but he’s very good . Seen our own Seann Walsh a while ago . He was excellent.

Saw him here in Sydney some years back when he was younger and fatter. Very enjoyable.

It was a good show. I'd say at least 70% of the audience were Scots / English / Irish, which he seemed to appreciate. He had me laughing from the off, after he'd copped we were mainly 'foreigners', his observation that we were probably the largest gathering of 'migrants' in the United States at that moment.
Anyway, audience included quite a lot of well oiled people, who engaged in dishing out some generally well received audience responses. Had a chuckle at a Glaswegian behind me informing all and sundry that Lyndon Dykes had scored.
Finished the evening with a few beers in the company of 'new friends', Alan and Ewan, where we discussed all things QPR and Clyde FC.

Saw him in Portsmouth a year or so ago, very good and funny but thought he’d lost a bit of edginess as he’s made a few bob and moved out to the suburbs.

It's difficult to remain edgy when you no longer use public transport.
