| Injury update... 14:15 - Oct 16 with 2287 views | SimonJames | FOLLOWING the October international break, the club would like to provide supporters with an injury update. Kwame Poku, Ilias Chair and Jake Clarke-Salter have all returned to full training this week following their respective rehabilitations and are available for selection. After picking up a knock against Oxford United, Rhys Norrington-Davies has also returned to training and is available for selection. Meanwhile, Joe Walsh is continuing his rehabilitation from surgery after sustaining a wrist fracture last month. | |

Feel sorry for him but surely JCS will end up retiring pretty soon. You just cannot be a professional footballer when your body is so sensitive to any impact. In theory he should be less susceptible at a younger age so God only knows what he'd be like after 30. I am actually amazed he made it in the game tbh and he deserves credit for doing that.

Yes, I tend to agree. It must be incredibly depressing for him. He's 28 now so, as you say, his physical robustness is unlikely to improve. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him in a senior game again which would be a great shame.
