That's true but to different degrees. We had 10 on International duty some with vast travelling distances. Southampton had 8 with less travelling. Half were on duty with Irish teams. |  | | |

If you recall, the Swans had the most players out on international duty this past two weeks in the championship and a lot of premier league sides, it was reported here. Plus the miles travelled for some was incredible.

The other eight is the same number as Southampton. We’ll always have one or two Welsh internationals which most Championship clubs won’t.
