I wont lie to you, i think trotman had something about him and was often scapegoated as being shocking, when he wasn't actually THAT bad, his performances where improving towards the end and i think we could have had a good centre half there in the making.

sounds stupid, but I can see this working to our advantage. There's no better motivation than throwing "bottom of the league" at them. With the new boss in town, there's no blame getting thrown at the squad for it, just an opportunity to do something about it.
