Nope, not at all.
In fact I still don't want us to go up, and I'd like Droopy out today.
Talk this week of the hound dog giving extensions to contacts etc.
Sod that kick them all out except 2/3 and only offer those that stay lower more manageable wages!
Then get a good, young dynamic manager on a performance related salary, and give him a brief to build a young, attacking, solid team who have desire!
