Under The Skin is Scerlett Johannson as an alien (that's a crap description - really excellent film - she goes around the mean streets of Glasgow picking up men to...?)
Rashamon is a Kurusawa film. A guy gets killed and the 4 witnesses give a totally different version of events.
Killer Joe is about a rogue cop who gets hired to do a hit and the brown stuff hits the fan (another crap description).

grave of the fireflies. I know it's an animation, but the the ending cut me up good and proper. I am not comfortable with the the word disturbed, but it definitely had a profound affect.Maybe a tear or a cry is down to personal experience or empathy. |

I watched it last night 5/10 I'm afraid. Doesn't do justice at all to the lives lost although the piece at the end is pretty touching. Best I've seen in recent times of that genre has to be Fury, if that's yer game like ðŸ‘🻠| |

Every King film is better than the books? Jeezum crow, you're yhe first person I've ever heard saying that. With a few honourable exceptions, the vast majority of film adaptations of King's novels have been utter crud. I'd bang out a list of terrible films based on King books but it'd take too long. |  |
