it's not about massaging egos take it from someone with almost 40 years of man management experience dealing with the occasional prima Donna et al along the way...often these guys get worse through mismanagement. dont you find it strange though we seem to have had issues with Piroe,Whittaker Obafemi hafe we really been that unlucky in picking up awkward players. or are there other contributors

Piroe s career was not going according to plan. How Martin be criticised for his management of Piroe is beyond me. He is finally starting to fulfill his potential seen as an 18 year old when he was linked to Juventus. (and in a foreign land to boot).

Management is about sorting out issues. Some bad guys are turned into good players some are lost. Examples of this are Troy Deeney and Nile Ranger.
