The Convertible loan note will be converted at the agreed termination date which is known by the SCST but not by the members. The members ae poorly informed and do what they are told.
There is no Kangaroo law firm. McQuarrie is an Australian bank who gave Swansea a bridging loan until the Rodon money was in. Just normal banking services. They were paid for a service used. The £400k was money went down the drain. No one has apologised for wasting this money and 6 years of time. No one will. They have long gone. | |
