I think Perraud has kind of fallen out with NJ. He didnt track back once in the last game and NJ immediately took him off. He seems to didnt have followed a specific order and is therefore now out of the Team... |  | | |

Exactly right. We don't have good enough players. They can't score and can't defend, despite any decent effort.
Ralph had a terrible team, NJ has a terrible team. And it's terrible because we are two or three quality players short. A lethal striker, a great playmaker and a leader at the back. Even if Pep was here, they are a really poor side, so what can any manager do? [Post edited 31 Dec 2022 15:56]

"tighten your defence". Pellegrino tried it, Hughes tried it, Ralph tried it, Jones is trying it and they are still making big mistakes. Perhaps they just aren't PL standard? We need an experienced defender or two to tighten it. You can't instill belief in a team that knows it isn't up to standard. The players know the defence makes a mistake every match.
