Yeah have been chatting to a Sheff U mate and he tells me they have a very strong group of youngsters out today. Plus a Welsh international keeper, will be a tough challenge for our lot

Bear in mind that most u21 teams are fielding the best of the u18s, who will soon be promoted into the team. And itβs also the time of year for trialists everywhere. Not too sure it is the cause of any drop off, as itβs a level playing field essentially.
Not only that but most u21 teams regularly field the best of their under age groups (u16-u18) anyway - something we seem to be finally catching up with. i.e. prioritise the best talents, expose, and fast-track them into the upper age groups. No idea why we havenβt been doing this prior, but good to see the change in recent months.

Chap on the left wing close to the line and only 10 yards max from the goalline crossed the ball to no one as no one was in the box, so he could only of meant to do it and it keeper was central in his goal and it drop sniggly in the top right corner hitting the inside side netting.
What a strike. 1-1
And just clean through again, rounded the keeper yet defenders got back to block off the certain goal.
