I think maybe Pepe coaches out the natural exuberance of a certain type of player- I would hate to see that happen to Eze.

Eze has a lot of talent but it seems not international quality.
£68 million release clause for a guy who turns 27 soon and not made it at national level.
For me that is the very top end of his valuation.
It's a prohibitive price for the great man.
If he doesn't go this summer, he is not going anywhere.
Yes teams like Man Utd Chelsea and Tottenham need him but the price is too high.
£40 million max for me now, I would guess is his actual worth. |  |

Problem is every no matter how good he’s been , palace unearth a 50 million plus player.
Olise last year . This year Matete. They sell and don’t feel the need to sell flog him .
Good as he is and he’s just a class player . Somebody slightly outshines him .

It could be that he does like the money more than playing or that City won't sell him or they want a transfer fee that no-one wants to pay. |  |
