You never get what you expect at this stage of the season, strange results occur, and Easter a defining period in football is around the corner, a win whatever way is needed . COYS STID.

Yep. Even considering the quality of the opposition (which was terrible) it was nice to see how we tried to keep our foot on their throats for the entire game. Some of the pace in our passing and movement was a delight to behold. As you say, it could easily have been six or seven.

As you say it should have been 6 or 7, but Vigouroux made some excellent saves to stop them scoring particularly the one from the free kick.

I think he'd have been disappointed in himself if he'd let that free kick in. Looked good but it was one you'd expect a competent keeper to get.

The wall was on that side and he was covering the other, he did well it was flying into the corner.

It was a good save that needed to be made we could have been punished for one or two silly mistakes but they were few and far between and not the number we have seen in the past, we tried to play attacking football against a team that had to get a result and after the first goal they left themselves open to conceding more goals and continued all through the game but unlike the first Leeds game at home which we lost 3-4 they came to attack we didn't defend well as a team,we stifled Plymouth and put the game to bed, against Leeds we went ahead twice and even recovered the game for a draw only to conceed at the last moment but Leeds are so much better than Plymouth but they couldn't win against us in the second game at their home ground and shouldn't have in the first. Lovely enjoyable win with so many good chances totally overran a poor Plymouth team with the right setup and start to the game gaining a lead that we rarely looked like losing thereafter. Two must win games in a row won against two different teams who are below us in the league and we played with two different setups, clean sheets in both. Will be interesting to see the team and setup against Sunderland, same starting line up or will he rest Joe Allen?
Swansea City v Plymouth Argyle : Match day thread UPDATED ** on 09:02 - Apr 10 with 802 views | swan65split | Well I enjoyed that one for a change. lol, Pilgris last night were poor, but we sped it up a bit for a change. oh how lucky we are to see a player like Joe when hes on form, eom looked last night hed be a class player once he settles down to eating at rossis , Overall we had performances from several players that we had been told they were capabale of. Lets hope it continues oh and Darling, sign that contract....though we know he wont. Onwards and upwards COYS STID

Plymouth just gave up after we scored and accepted they are relegated. As for Sunderland I expect us to set up the same way we did against Leeds and Derby.

Sunderland have already secured their play off place, will they rest a couple, if we are up for it I can see us getting something

The second goal killed them off , if you look at the highlights they had a few chances but we limited them by not giving them too many chances to catch us out defensively as we had been so apt to do with previous coaches. As for the Sunderland game I agree but a little part of me wants the same team on the pitch but expect that to be seen later in the game.
