Possible contender for funniest use of the c-word came from Blade Trinity, where one character was referred to as a 'cock-juggling thunder-c*nt'. Surprised that one didn't make the top 20.

On the bright side, it appears that we can call people 'penis breath' or 'fartskin' and no-one will take offence. Same goes for 'jizz-gargler', 'spunk trumpet' or even 'scrotum face'.
