Ronald needs to up his game without a doubt imo. I believe there’s a good player in there but he’s not getting the best out of his natural abilities.
He couldn’t do better than getting hold of a long showreel of Sala and see if he can learn something just by watching him. He’s supposedly got the pace (I’m not entirely convinced) but he’s needs to learn something more trickery, when to go around or when to come inside, how to give himself more room.

Imo I believe since AS has been in charge we've seen a bit more if Ronalds ability but like you I agree he could try a bit more when running at defenders ,either it's a lack of confidence in himself or fear who knows but you're right he's not Salah |  |

Ronald and Eom have been better under Sheehan IMO, the problem is the forwards. We are getting more balls and players into the box but our forwards are letting us down. We seem to be scoring more goals from defenders than forwards and it's not the wide players fault. [Post edited 27 Apr 18:36]

The players you mention have definitely come on since sheehan took over.
Both are more confident on the ball, they try to take players on and more importantly they look happier on the pitch. |  | | |

Not being scared of making a mistake probably helps. Playing the 90% ball every time is boring and pointless, take a chance and push on as the team is doing now is more enjoyable for the players as well as supporters. | | | |

A totally different player under William's stewardship, looking forward to when he is back to his best a d Key and him understand how each of the together can improve the team when they both learn what is needed n the Championship for their roles. Ronald since he has been here seems to always to be rushing things, crosses, shots and his ball control even when trying to take players on just needs to take a bit more time but if he doesn't know what his own players are going to do then he will continue to make rushed decisions.
