in my lifetime of supporting my club (I am well into my 60s) where such an abject set of players have represented it. This isn't just about a lack of skill or ability this is a group of players that have consistently throughout this season just not shown up - no bottle, no fight, no desire, no passion, nothing..........absolutely nothing and god help us if they represent us next year against the likes of Pompey etc, because I really don't think they get it or care one iota about the club or the fans or the city.

There is such a rebuilding job needed in the club on and off the pitch it is going take a monumental task to turn it around, if indeed it is not too late to do so.

I think that this bunch of players know that they are not good enough to play in Premier lge so would prefer to go down & play in Championship.
But most of them will struggle in the Championship as well.
We need a complete clear out from top to bottom, but knowing the way SR operate will be stuck with most of the worst players in this squad & will have a cheap option of a Manager.
I have hated this season & really cannot get enthusiastic about watching us scrap & struggle next season.

Like many on here I am nearer 70 than 60, it is definitely the poorest team I have seen. As the commentator said, why do Saints continue with a style of play that has cost them so many points this season (slow play from the back) ,It has not worked in any game and will never work.
