What do the bookies know that we don't.

The bookies know that we have a good group of decent championship players . You only need good championship players to get you out of the championship. I see the skates are one of the favourites for the drop. About right .

Poll: Would you take an Fa Cup win if it meant relegation to the championship ?

They are realists, they don't spend half their time on social media on witch hunts and they take a neutral position based on what they see without prejudice

That would be my take on this question

I'm not sure how your players will drag themselves out of the psychological trench they have dug quickly enough to be in contention.

Lets hope..

I think it just depends on the quality of the incoming players , and lets face it, we'll be an exciting proposition for any ambitious players looking to step up.

You also need to remember we have players like Ronnie Edwards and Shea Charles coming back who have both been voted players of the season for their loanee clubs QPR and Sheffield Wednesday .

Good point re: Edwards & Charles.

We need a few new quality faces, especially up front & at the back, and hopefully, finger's crossed, we "could" be in a position to have a real go at it next season. F*ck doing it via the play-offs too. Too much stress on my ticker! Automatic top 2 must be our aim under the new gaffer.

But IF we do, please make it worthwhile and invest for the Prem and not another embarrassment of a season. That's something I just couldn't stand

I've just looked and I see Leicester are 7th favourites so Russ will have his work cut out! But may be they're (bookies) looking at the points deduction
But no doubt they are assuming we are becoming a yo-yo club
