Just picked up a £80 fine for parking in a "suspended" parking bay.
No work going on to give a clue as to why.
A sign so small you could hardly see it.
In fact so small you could hardly think about it.

Is it residential ? If someone is moving in they can apply to have parking restricted for the day to allow the van to park . .

Mate, there is nothing smaller than that sign to stop you turning off the A4 by Latimer onto King Street

Imagine having to get the registration of your Amazon delivery guy and adding it to your RingGo app everytime you order something?

100% those residents are now getting parcels dropped at the top of the road and their Deliveroos are going cold ;D

Never park anywhere without checking there's no sign you can't. Even if you park there every day.

I learnt that lesson years ago after spending a couple of hours at The End (that was a club off New Oxford St for those of you even older than I am) while parked in a spot that had been fine until then only the find the wheel clamped at 2am - the f***ers had put in a 24 hour residential zone.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Last time I went past there were two signs about a few hundred yards apart.
One said Local Traffic Only and the other Limited Access.
Neither indicates that you'll be fined if you turned into the street

I can confirm they will fine you. I'm not going to try it again. I'd do a lot to avoid Butterwick, but not that much!
