Is it me or does he seem quiet, nervous, and very unsure of himself. He needs to up the volume a bit.
I'm really not sure about this guy. I will give him a chance, support the team, I desperately hope I'm wrong, but he reminds me of Nathan Jones getting nervous and having a breakdown when the pressure got too much but this guy is much quieter. He's very young, at a big club in this league with promotion expected. What am I not seeing, or what is it others are seeing?
Happy to be proved wrong. He just seems quietly spoken, not very inspiring or authoritive etc etc. Perhaps he needs time to come out of himself. It's another SR experiment and I am not seeing it with this guy. Early days I know, but come on where is the passion, the enthusiasm, the excitement, the camaraderie with the players? It isn't crazy. Some of us have seen it coming. Asset strippers invest on the cheap. When I worked for a defence contractor in Poole, we were taken over by such vultures. They turned us from a £20m company to an £8m one in three yeears and ripped the hearts out of the staff. We had a saying: Why are they buying this cheap sht? Because they can't find anything that costs less. The spend a minimum philosophy extended to the management who were as clueless as cowdung and it has already happened to SFC. | |

They say they have improved the stadium.
Only to create more places for us to spend more of our money £££
