Jason Whittingham (Bond Group) seems the bad egg on first glance..

He has no funds to pay wages but will not sell his shares so the new owners can!

>>> Below (extracted from the link).

Because Bond Group do not have the required funds to meet the club's full payroll commitment, despite being entirely responsible for paying wages until a sale completes and aware of that responsibility and the requirement, this means that wages cannot be paid until the sale completes.

Panjab Warriors do have the funds available to pay all wages, and are ready to transfer these immediately, but they are not able to do so unless the sale completes and they are the owners.

There are some suggestions that Panjab Warriors are in cahoots with the Bond Group. It all sounds pretty serious.

Wow what a mess…

Just how lucky we are to have avoided all this chaos and landing the Ogden family.

It's not just down to luck though, it's down to everybody trying to do as much due diligence on individuals as possible and i include the fans in that. It can be perceived as interference by some but the fan base of any club will include fans with specialist skills when it comes to looking at individuals credentials and their alleged financial wealth. The first thing i do when somebody comes into the boardroom is to try to find out as much about them as i can. I bet i'm not the only one who does that. A lot of fans are also shareholders so they have every right to be nosey when it comes to people showing a interest in buying the club. This hasn't changed even today, there will always be guard dogs watching the club and individuals, i think the Ogden family will be ok with that anyway. When you've been to the dark places that this clubs visited recently then it's natural for fans to always be watching.

We've had plenty of people with bad intentions sniffing around our club over the last few years starting with Bottomley and then Curran and his cronies, the fact they were all smoked out wasn't down to luck. It was the fans that did that and continued to be vigilant right up to the Ogden family stepping forward. It was also the fans who sourced and approached Sir Peter Ogden. So in the case of our club it was more vigilance from the fans than luck. I also include those in the Boardroom when i say fans. Of course, the fact that the Ogden family are all brilliant is a very lucky break for us, i admit that.

Yes, it's looking very serious this. Con men in the Boardroom who stand to lose a lot of money. They soon got rid of the Directors and i bet it wasn't done in a civil manner. There by the grace of God, that could have very easily have been us had MH got into the club.

Sheffield Wednesday in deep trouble again as well…

SWFC were meant to pay June’s wages on Monday but club owner decided to pay only the club’s under-21 players, as they have the highest value in the transfer market, and a portion of the salaries owed to non-playing staff.

Danny Rohl has been paid in full, which means Wednesday would receive financial compensation if a rival club came in for the German.

If the club cannot fulfill their fixtures then EFL have to look at revoking their licence and removing them from the league.

Suppliers are asked to continue to show incredible forbearance..

That could easily read suppliers you’re not getting what we owe you.

Looks very much like bury mk2.

The National league must need some assurances that Morecambe will finish the season if they are allowed to even start it.
