You need to demolish the welfare state for that. I lived in Turkiye for 7 years. Peole loved their parents and family and the Muchta at the mosque.

When you got into trouble there was no one else to help out. Their health service is insurance based. My "albeit" wealthy ex neighbour claimed he would prefer medical treatment in Turkiye than the NHS.
