Very true, we need to get in the mindset of winning and improving self confidence, i can't say as a player I'd be feeling good about myself going into the Boro game on the back of a few beatings from lower league teams. | | | |

The players know the score and Sheehan will have explained exactly where he wants the team to be at each point of pre season. Next Saturday will be the friendly that matters. With the player's contract structure now based firmly with a basic salary and bonuses, players will be fighting to be included in the starting 11 and squad. There will no more just picking up wages, only by those on previous contracts. | | | |
