Never understand the beef with Nathan Jones celebrating - he's a passionate guy, doesn't care about looking cool or following a particular style. Good for him. There are plenty of charlatan managers out there who deserve criticism ahead of Nathan Jones. | |

I actually think it makes him a charlatan.
Coming across as "wacky" makes it far more likely that he would make a living after inevitably being sacked, from having more opportunities to do punditry, after-dinner speaking etc etc..... | |
